FROM ROUTE 208 NORTH: Take Route 208 North to the EWING AVENUE exit (you will pass Russell Avenue Exit and Cedar Hill exit on your way to the Ewing Avenue exit); At the bottom of the exit, make a LEFT onto Ewing Avenue; You will pass a blinking yellow light after a minute or two - keep going; After another minute or two, you will come a stop light; make a RIGHT onto Franklin Lake Road; You will pass Most Blessed Sacrament church on your right; you will come to a traffic circle; At the traffic circle, make a RIGHT onto High Mountain Road; after a few yards, make a LEFT into the parking lot of the Market Basket shopping center. You will see glass doors with the number "808" on the archway above them. HeartMind Energies is on the second floor - make a right at the top of the stairs.
FROM STATE HWY 287 SOUTH/ROUTE 208 SOUTH: Take State Hwy 287 South to Route 208 South via EXIT 59; From Route 208 South, make a RIGHT onto the HIGH MOUNTAIN ROAD exit toward Colonial Road/Franklin Lakes; At the end of the exit, make a LEFT onto HIGH MOUNTAIN ROAD; after a little more than 1.5 miles, make a RIGHT into the Market Basket shopping center parking lot.
